Returns & Refund Policy

At Insane Outfits, we stand behind every product we sell. All items are authentic imports and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Return Window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from the product description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
  • Items returned without original packaging, dust bags, or carry bags (where applicable)
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange: We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
