How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

How do I track my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will share the latest tracking update for your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it for you.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. With partial COD, you pay 10% of your order online and the rest in cash on delivery. With full COD, you pay the entire amount on delivery with a 10% COD charge. COD is available on select pin codes.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective, is the wrong item, or is significantly different from its description. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Sale and discounted items are not eligible. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a size exchange, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn with tags and original packaging.
What size should I choose?
Check the size chart on each product page for chest measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right one.
How do I sign in to my account?
Sign in with your phone number. We send a one-time password (OTP) to your phone, so there is no email or password to remember.
